How to Charge EV Series + ChargeGuard:

A key is required to activate the EV Charging Station.

Request key from the owner of the unit and follow the instructions below:

  1. Connect the EV Series to the vehicle with the SAE J1772 connector.
  2. To enable charging:
    a) Insert the key into the switch located on the right side of the EV Series.
    b) Turn the key 90° clockwise to the vertical position.
    c) The “CHARGING” LED light will illuminate green on the front panel, indicating the vehicle is now being charged.

How to Charge SPC Series Series:

Scan. Charge. Pay.
Simply scan the QR code on the front of the unit, pay the rate that has been set by the host location (if applicable) and charging begins.

What information should I have on hand before calling for Technical Support?

Please have the following ready:

  1. The unit serial number – this information can be found on the silver label on the side or back of the product
  2. The unit configuration or part number – this information can be found on the silver label on the side or back of the product
  3. Description of the problem:
    • If there are red fault lights being displayed, which one(s)? Are they blinking?
    • If a fault light is observed, and it is blinking, how many blinks do you count?
    • The fault light(s) will blink a number of times (1 to 5 times) and then pause for 2 or 3 seconds and then repeat the blinking sequence. The blinks correlate to a fault code that will assist the technical support team in resolving the issue.
