How often do you re-stock EV Chargers?
We try to keep all of our online products in full stock. You can also join our mailing list for restocking information along with other news on sales and more.
Is your Electric Vehicle charging equipment under warranty?
We believe in the promise of quality product, our products carry an industry leading warranty. The time limit ranges, and will be stated in the Refund and Warranty page or product manual.
Although a charger may appear in-stock in our shop, we cannot guarantee product availability, so products may not be available for immediate delivery. We will contact you if your product ship time will be delayed.
We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. We will notify you if such a problem arises.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us with tracking information.
Can I modify my order?
We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so please contact us immediately if you would like to make a change. We cannot promise that all requests can be accommodated, but will try our absolute best.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time, we only ship to Canada and the United States.
Shipping & Handling
We strive to have all orders shipped within 5-7 business days of placing the order - you will be contacted if this cannot me accommodated.
Please allow 7-10 business days for domestic delivery.
